Step 1 - Import your CSV file

Upload a CSV file of existing patient records. You'll be able to match your columns to HealthTrack fields and review every row before anything is saved.

Step 2 - Match your columns

Tell HealthTrack which column in your file corresponds to each field. Required fields must be mapped before continuing. Up to 3 medications can be imported per patient.

Step 3 - Review and validate

Edit any cell directly to fix a value. Rows with errors are highlighted and won't be imported until fixed.
